Logo Quality are dedicated to making your purchase safe and secure.  Because we take your security  seriously, we use world class payment processors.  Worldpay.com are part of The Bank Of Scotland.  The Bank of Scotland are the fifth largest bank in the world.  We know of no incident where Worldpay have had their security compromised.

We never see your payment details unless you want us to see them.  The only time we see them is if you pay over the phone.  We don't keep them on file so that gives you an added level of protection.  When we take your payment on the phone we enter the details into the payment terminal in real time with you on the phone.  You get to see the payment go through as you make it.

We also use PayPal if you prefer that payment method.  PayPal are an eBay company and are the premier online payment system.  PayPal is the largest online payment processor in the world and as such has the tightest security.  When you use PayPal you can be certain that your transaction is 100% safe.

In addition to taking your payment online or over the phone, we can also accept a personal or business cheque from you.  Because this payment method is not "real time" we need to wait for your cheque to clear at our bank.  This will delay the project start date.

As added protection for your online security, we protect our payment process with an SSL certificate from GeoTrust.  This encrypts all the information that you send to us over the internet so it can not be intercepted between your computer and our server.  This can be verified by clicking on the closed padlock symbol that you see in your web browser software.

Logo Quality is also audited daily by ScanAlert for their "Hacker Safe" program.  ScanAlert runs a series of tests on our server daily to ensure that we have left no doors open for hackers.  This is an extremley important safeguard for you and means that you can be 100% confident that we are a safe place to shop.  You should always look for the Hacker Safe seal on any web site that asks you to make payment by credit card online.
